DVDs for purchase on our site will be designated either All Region or Region
1. All Region are not specific to any one region, and can be played on all
DVD players in the US or abroad. Region 1 will work with North American
DVD players only. Though again, many DVD players are multi-format. Check
your manual for this feature.

Taxes
Because
of our presence in these states, orders with a shipping address within the
state of Texas will be charged a 7% sales tax, within the state of South Dakota
will be charged a 6% sales tax and orders shipping to California will be
charged 7.25% sales tax.
Canada and International orders - Any customs, duties,
taxes or brokerage that apply upon delivery of the order are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Privacy
DanceDanceDance.com is strongly committed to
respecting the privacy of our customers. We won't share your information with
any person, company or organization or use your personal information for any
reason other than our ordering process and to contact you if there is a problem
or question with your order.
Return Policy
We
do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of the products
we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30
days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a credit or refund of the cost
of the items. Shipping is not refundable. Insurance or tracking is advised.
A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles,
or if you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check
in the mail within one to two months. If an item is returned damaged no
credit will be issued, so please use appropriate packing material. Please
